
Biography:
Dr. Samaa Matwani is a minimally invasive gynecological surgeon with advanced expertise in the management of endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain, and complex gynecologic conditions. She is currently based in Muscat, Oman, where she serves as Consultant at Sultan Qaboos University Hospital and a Full-Load Faculty member at the Oman Medical Specialty Board.
With a strong commitment to patient-centered care, Dr. Matwani provides comprehensive gynecological services across outpatient clinics, emergency care, labor and delivery, and operative settings. Alongside her clinical practice, she plays an active role in medical education, resident training, curriculum development, and quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the advancement of women’s health care at a national level.
