
Biography:
Dr. Ahmed Hesham is a highly experienced ENT Specialist and Professor of Otolaryngology with more than 25 years of expertise in diagnosing and treating disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck. He earned his Bachelor of Medicine from Cairo University in 1995, followed by a Master’s Degree in 1999 and a PhD in Otolaryngology in 2003. He has been serving as a Professor of Otolaryngology at Cairo University since 2014.
Dr. Hesham completed his specialist ENT training at Cairo University Hospitals and joined Magrabi Hospital Oman in 2005, where he served as an ENT Consultant and Continuing Medical Education (CME) Director. In 2020, he joined Muscat Private Hospital, continuing to provide advanced ENT care to patients across Oman.
He has a strong interest in clinical research and has published numerous scientific papers in international peer-reviewed journals. He also serves as a reviewer for The Laryngoscope, one of the world’s leading journals in Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery.
In recognition of his contributions to medical research, Dr. Hesham was awarded the Best Researcher Award in Oman by the Ministry of Health in 2019. He is a regular speaker at national and international conferences and is committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered ENT care.
