About Dr. Karim
Dr. Karim is an anaesthesiologist specialising in anaesthesia and intensive care, with 13 years of experience providing general and regional anaesthesia across the full range of surgical specialties.
He graduated from Kasr Al Ainy Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University, in 2009, and completed his training at Cairo University Hospital and the Egyptian health insurance hospitals. He was awarded the Egyptian Fellowship in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care in 2017 — ranking first in the fellowship examination that year — followed by the Arab Board in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care in 2017 and the European Diploma in Anaesthesiology in 2020.
Dr. Karim provides anaesthesia for general, obstetric and gynaecological, ENT, plastic, orthopaedic and paediatric surgery, and delivers epidural analgesia for painless labour. His approach is guided by a single principle: patient safety comes first.
