Dr. Mohammed Abdellatif Abdelrahman

Dr. Mohammed is a Paediatric and Neonatology Specialist with over 17 years of clinical experience in providing comprehensive care for infants, children, and high-risk newborns. He has extensive experience in General Paediatrics, Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU), management of premature and critically ill newborns, neonatal resuscitation, respiratory support, and evidence-based clinical practice.

Dr. Mohammed obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBCh) from Mansoura University, Egypt, and completed his Master's Degree in Paediatrics and Neonatology at Al-Azhar University, Egypt. He is a certified Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Instructor through the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the American Heart Association (AHA).

Throughout his career, Dr. Mohammed has contributed to advancing paediatric and neonatal care through clinical research, development of clinical guidelines, quality improvement initiatives, and healthcare professional training. His academic achievements include receiving the Young Investigators Award from the European Society for Paediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition (ESPGHAN) in 2018 and the Top Abstract Award at the Hot Topics in Neonatology Conference in 2019.

Dr. Mohammed is committed to delivering compassionate, safe, and evidence-based care with a strong focus on family-centered practice. He believes in clear communication with families, shared decision-making, and providing individualized care tailored to each child's needs.

His professional interests include neonatology, neonatal nutrition, paediatric preventive care, clinical research, evidence-based medicine, systematic reviews and meta-analyses, and improving the quality and safety of paediatric and neonatal healthcare services.
